Abstract

This research explores the phenomenon of online shop business among the millennial generation via social media. We identified factors that encourage their participation in e-commerce, such as ease of access, product diversity, and social interaction. In addition, this research evaluates the positive and negative impacts of doing online shop business on the lives of the millennial generation, including economic aspects and psychological well-being. These findings can provide insight for business people, governments and researchers to better understand the dynamics of online business in this digital era. The results of this research conclude that it provides holistic insights that can help business people, governments and researchers understand the dynamics of online shop businesses in this digital era and formulate more sustainable strategies.
