Abstract

Corndog is a South Korean snack made from sausage and mozzarella cheese wrapped in flour and commeal batter, then deep-fried. It is increasingly popular in Indonesia, especially among children and teenagers. The fast food market continues to grow, and corndogs have a special appeal due to their unique flavor and presentation. With a wide target market, ranging from children to adults, the sales potential of corndogs is quite large. The corndog business can be an innovative business opportunity that has a wide and clear target market. Despite the popularity of corndogs, competition in the fast food industry remains high. In the face of competition, innovation in taste, presentation and marketing strategies can be the key to success. This research is a type of field research (field research) this research was conducted on Jl. Tempuling Kec. Medan Tembung. Medan City, North Sumatra. Data collection methods used by researchers include: observation and interviews.
